Niki Jansari is a full-time dual enrollment student at Valencia College and a junior at UHS. She is a HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) officer and social media manager of the club. She is also an active member of SGA. “I’m currently in HOSA, ASA (Asian Student Association), and FFA (Future Farmers of America). I plan to significantly improve member participation in HOSA through more interactive and fun activities which will engage our members,” said Jansari.
What are your plans for senior year?
I plan to continue my officer role in my clubs and seek higher roles in current and new clubs. I will also work towards finishing my AA degree requirements for Valencia.
Are you planning to go to any college/university?
My top college is UF.
What are some of your hobbies/interests?
I like to read in my spare time and nap whenever I can.
What made you join SGA?
SGA appealed to me through its interactiveness with our school and the community they create. I heard about it through many of my friends who had joined prior which pushed me to join. As well as the number of opportunities SGA provides for me socially and academically.
How would you look back 5 years from now?
My future self would be very grateful and proud of me right now. I feel that I’m going through many pivotal life events and making improvements for myself and my future.
