Leah Hernandez is a sophomore in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and a newly inducted member of the National Honor Society. This is her first year writing for the school newspaper. Leah is passionate about using her writing to inform and connect with others, while also continuing to grow as a student leader and communicator. Outside of academics, she enjoys music and theater, with a special love for Hamilton. She looks forward to contributing her voice and perspective to the newspaper this year.
